These terms govern your use of klipcook. We've written them in plain English so you actually know what you're agreeing to.
By using klipcook, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account or using klipcook, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
klipcook is a recipe management application that allows you to extract recipes from video content using AI technology, save and organize personal recipe collections, create and share cookbooks with friends, and connect with other users through a social cooking network.
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain password security. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content. When submitting video URLs, you represent you have the right to access that content. We process videos solely to extract recipe information and do not claim ownership of third-party videos.
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through app settings. Prices are in USD. No refunds for partial subscription periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, scrape user data, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, reverse engineer the app, use automated tools without permission, or harass other users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee recipe accuracy - always verify ingredients and instructions before cooking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. You may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted recipes. Always verify ingredients, measurements, and cooking instructions before preparing food. Check for allergens and dietary restrictions. Use your own judgment when cooking.
The Service is owned by klipcook and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@klipcook.app.
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
Google is not responsible for the app or claims. You must comply with Google Play terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
